Project Booty is a glute-focused training program designed to help you build, shape, and strengthen your lower body the right way. You can choose between 3 semi-private training sessions per week or follow the full online version, both built around progressive, results-driven programming.

You’ll receive nutrition guidance specifically tailored to support glute growth, weekly check-ins to track progress, and full access to the online app for workouts and accountability. Every member also gets custom Project Booty resistance bands to maximize activation and results.
